COVID-19 RESPONSE – PATIENT GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION

Allergy Associates and Asthma is following CDC guidelines, cleaning and sanitizing in between patients, checking the temperature of every patient, every time. We ask patients while scheduling if they have been exposed or diagnosed with COVID-19 or experiencing any symptoms.

Please call our office before coming in for an appointment, injections, or a treatment. We may need you to reschedule your appointment or offer you a Telehealth appointment.

Arizona officials have asked the general public to wear face masks in public. We encourage our patients to do the same, and ask that you “BYOM” - bring your own mask. A face mask should cover your nose and mouth. Please have your mask on when you arrive at the clinic and wear it at all times.

Self-screen by answering the following questions. All patients and visitors will be asked these questions at our clinics when scheduling; answering these questions of yourself, might save you a trip.

Self-screen questions:

Have you traveled outside of Arizona or to another country, in the last 14 days?
Have you had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19?
Do you have a fever of 100.4 or more? Shortness of breath? Difficulty breathing? A sore throat?

We do not test for COVID-19 at the office. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 and/or have traveled, please call your primary care provider or health department as soon as possible.
